Upload by Matter Type
Choose the matter type in your engagement agreement. Asylum and Immigration Court cases are open now; other immigration categories and practice areas will follow.
Immigration Law

Three Steps to Upload
Verify your identity
Enter your last name, first name and A-number exactly as listed in your engagement agreement.
Choose category and case type
Pick the immigration category, then the specific case type (e.g. defensive asylum, BIA appeal), then the document type.
Upload your files
PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB each and 5 files per upload. You can upload as many times as needed.
Privacy & Security
- Files go only into the private case file we keep for you. Clients cannot browse or download the firm’s files.
- For privacy, the upload page does not show files you uploaded before.
- Five failed verification attempts pause access for 15 minutes. Each session lasts 30 minutes.
- Our team is notified of every upload and files it for review.
