Emergency detention assistance

Is a loved one detained by ICE?
First, locate the person and the case.

As soon as possible, confirm the detained person’s identity, A-number, arrest date, and detention location. With this information, Chuang Legal Office can assess the situation and the legal options. Whether habeas corpus, bond, or other relief is appropriate depends on an attorney’s review of the case.
