Recently, fraudulent activities have been reported online involving individuals impersonating Attorney Chuang Chuang Chen and other staff members of our law firm. These fraudulent acts include, but are not limited to, providing false information, conducting fake consultations to scam money, or stealing personal information. Common methods include using platforms such as Alipay or WeChat to fraudulently obtain RMB.
We hereby issue the following statement:
- Official Payment Account: The official payment account of Chuang Law Firm is a U.S. company account directly associated with the firm, and we only accept payments in U.S. dollars. The firm does not offer any official methods for making payments in RMB.
- Payment Terms: All payments must follow the terms outlined in the contract. Any requests to change the payment method should be considered fraudulent. If you have any doubts, please contact the firm’s customer service directly at 909-969-6666 or 707-707-8964 for verification.
- Client Groups: The law firm only establishes client coordination groups after a formal contract has been signed and payment has been made. Typically, such groups are created during an in-person meeting at the firm. Be cautious of any other methods of group creation.
- Online Fraud Precautions: Cases of online fraud involving impersonation, stolen avatars, and fake accounts are common. Please stay vigilant and avoid falling victim to such scams. If you encounter fraud, take immediate legal action by reporting the incident to law enforcement in both China and the U.S., and forward the fraudster’s information to the FBI.

近期，有人在网上冒用陈闯创律师以及律所其他人员的名义诈骗，包括不限于提供虚假信息、虚假咨询用来骗取钱财、骗取个人信息等。主要手段为使用“支付宝”或“微信”骗取人民币。
由此声明如下：
1.陈闯创律师楼收取律师费的账户为美国公司账户，与律所关联，只收取美金。律所不提供任何官方支付人民币的方式。
2.所有付款需要按照合同约定的方式，任何被要求变更付款方式均为诈骗。如有任何疑问，请直接拨打律所客服电话909-969-6666或707-707-8964进行确认。
3.关于律所客户对接群，只有在正式签署合同并付款后，律所才会建立对接群，一般是在律所当面建立。其他方式一律需要警惕。
4.网络上冒用他人头像、模仿他人账号进行诈骗的情况经常发生，切勿上当受骗。如遇诈骗请尽快采取法律手段，在中国和美国同时报警处理，并将诈骗犯资料传递给FBI。
